A recent article by @jrcornel made it very clear that the old Gandhi sentence came finally true for Bitcoin:

The interesting question is what is winning meaning in terms of the price? The people around here also seem to be surprised by the latest price action. The winner of last weeks game was the one with the highest bet, and it was only a few bugs over the real price. I don麓t know how many of you have actively participated in the Bitcoin Bull-run of 2017, but the ones that have might remember how surprising fast BTC can gain in value. It is time to think big and to prepare for a new and rather unusual situation. As 
[You] ... need to prepare for the bull market. Anyone who thinks that no preparations need to be made to make money (instead of lose it while hodling) is not familiar with emotional tilt. The mistakes you make while riding high on a trump are just as financially devastating as the ones we make when we are in the hole and doubling down to get out of it. Easy come, easy go.

- if there are two tips equally near to the winning value, the one that is given earlier is the winning one
- a tip that is exactly on spot with the full dollar rounded reference price will win the Jackpot
- the reference price will be taken from Coingeko; (see the following reference) and rounded to a full dollar number
- prices are transferred from the
