Ohayou gozaimasu! Time for some UNIQUE dry ramens ~
Menya Kokoro recently just opened its first outlet in singapore , and went their to give it a try!
Its one of the most popular mazesoba chain in japan and people are queing up just to have a taste on their dry ramen!
Once we were in , we were greeted warmly and i chose the spicy maze soba cause i heard many great reviews.

The Spicy Maze Soba ~ topped with special spicy oil , chives , seaweed , poached egg , chopped garlic ,uniquely flavored minced meat and ground Saba fish powder .
This is my fav currently, mixed them well and remember to add the vinegar !
Spicy , sour , salty.. an explosion of flavors !
Spicyness lvl 4.8/5 . Prepare lots of tissues .
Cheese Maze Soba , flamed grilled to perfection .
Fried Gyoza , crispy and juicy!
Love the Takoyaki balls ~ One of the best so far locally , the bottom is Ultra crispy with soft fillings that melts in your mouth.
My rating : 4.9/5 ~ I'll be back to try their original Tokyo Maze Soba and more Takoyakis!
