A packet of an entire roasted duck ~ with shiny oiling skin , roasted till golden reddish brown , dipped with the sweet black gravy or sambal chilli will make u quack !
Best paired with rice / noodles or just itself is quackly satisfying.
sOON in the future i will try peking duck , for crispy skin and flavorful herbal meat goodness ~
