The Downs Region is in complete chaos after the invisible Sentray savagely attacked the enforcers. Most of the executive council decide to hide in the hotel to escape the attack. This provides little security from a powerful Sentray who can inflict a massive amount of damage.
Maskameera has taken over the West Tribes’ forces and the Cult Tribe through her hypnotic control over the High Philosopher. Demadrian has also agreed to join forces with Maskameera. He has gained control over the Sentray from Octavius, who is unable to compete with Demadrian’s strength. Orcilla and the Hat Lady are powerless to stop them, but they remain close observers.
Maskameera decides it is time to attack and take back the Downs Region. Her former ally, August, is now considered the enemy. Unlike the others, she is aware that the Downs Region is being destroyed from the inside.
The Sentray, who has been revealed to be Julio, is not the only threat within the Downs Region. Tiberius has escaped his cage and is reunited with Head Enforcer. Together they plot to massacre the technicians and blame it on the Sentray. It is Tiberius’ last-ditch effort to divide his enemies.
The final battle looms! Will Sapey finally be free of tyranny, is it destined to be destroyed, or is it locked into another loop of oppression? Read the final chapters of the story to find out.

The West Tribes’ guards and the followers are preparing to depart for the Downs Region for the final battle when Shamia and Frank show up to give them a motivating surprise.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 68: The Little Miracles
Everyone in the Downs Region is still in shock after the violent attack during the inauguration. Henders is recovering well from his injury. Polly is taking him to join the resistance for protection. August goes to check on the little miracles and to take them out of the Downs Region if he can.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 69: Journey
The West Tribes’ guards and the followers have begun their journey to the Downs Region. Maskameera is having problems controlling and calming the Sentray she is riding. Morgan appears to be settling in well with the other resistance members.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 70: Night of Terror
Time has run out. Julio has begun his rampage. He wants to cause as much destruction as possible. His focus is the enforcers who butchered and murdered his followers.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 71: Evil of Old and Evil of New
August, Polly, and Jennifer have a plan to stop Julio. This leads to chaotic confrontation. During the chaos, Tiberius is able to escape from his cage.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 72: High Stakes Performance
The technicians go ahead with a grand performance in the Downs Agriculture Zone. Tiberius hopes Julio attacks and kills most of them, but Julio has other plans. Yassmay hears about the chaos and wants to intervene. She confronts Julio and attempts to calm him down.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 73: Another Night of Terror
Tiberius is furious that Julio did not slaughter the technicians. He plans his own attack on the technicians with the intention of blaming it on Julio. This leads to the second night of terror.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 74: The Storm Brews
The West Tribes’ guards and the followers draw closer to the Downs Region. They stop at the two sites of the Great Battle to mark their respects to all those that were killed. The pain of the death and destruction further enrages the High Philosopher. The storm clouds above them grow larger.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 75: The Battle for the Downs Region
The West Tribes’ guards and the followers arrive at the Downs Region to find it in a terrible state from the chaos caused by Julio. Initially, Maskameera sees it as a victory, but Julio enters a mad fit of rage when he sees her. This leads to the final battle, but not the one they expected.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 76: The Storm Ends
The battle between Demadrian and Julio continues. Julio is greatly weakened, but he is still incredibly hard to defeat. The High Philosopher becomes directly involved in the battle, and the whole of Downs lights up.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 77: We Want Answers
After the final battle, Tiberius, Hermon, Duffo, and Benny have been arrested and taken in for questioning. Orcilla and Vulay pushed them hard for answers and for the whereabouts of Maskameera and August. Tiberius tries to provoke Orcilla into a fight.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 78: Closure
All those killed in the Great Battle and in the Downs Region are remembered. It appears peace is finally possible when representatives from all the groups and species stand together. Orcilla makes sure Tiberius will never be a threat again. Maskameera and August have gone into hiding, but they have not escaped.
Epilogue and Chapter 79: Making the World a Better Place
A few months have passed; Henders, Octavius, Louis, Eugene, and Denise have proposed a new system that cannot be dominated. Opening night for Frank’s musical has arrived. It is to be performed in the Downs Agriculture Zone.
Sapien Loop 3 - Chapter 80: Moving On
Another five years have passed. The Downs Region has been built back better than ever. The New West Region and the New East Region have been completed. The Lake Region has even been rebuilt and is better than ever. For once, everyone in Sapia may actually be living in harmony.

This story is based on the fictional planet Sapia and its sole country, Sapey. Sapey is portrayed as a form of utopia for all its citizens. No poverty. No war. Almost no crime. Opportunities for all.
This was enough for most citizens, but not all. In one of the small regions, some of the citizens had become discontent. They felt something important was missing in their lives. Their discontent did not go unnoticed. Some of the Sapey elite wanted to weaponise this discontent to gain more power. This created more chaos than they anticipated. This led to further widespread social unrest.
On top of the chaos, ambition and greed provoked another enemy. This enemy was on a mission to settle both new and old scores.
This story is based six years after the original story. The Downs Region is still suffering from a serious health crisis caused by the contaminated water. The main characters are desperately trying to find a cure for the illness that has been caused by the water.
One of the main characters has discovered frozen humanoids in hidden chambers. It appears they have been frozen for a long time. These chambers connect to a vast network of tunnels. While exploring the tunnels, one of the frozen humanoids disappears. It appears he has been stolen.
The story takes a step back in time to tell the story of the frozen humanoids. How and why were they frozen? This part of the story also explains the fall of ancient Sapey and the birth of the Sapiens. Can those from the past be able to coexist with those from the present?
