Dear friends, I hope you are all well, it's been a few days since I've been writing here, I've had a lot of work and that has forced me to move Hive a little bit, but here we are back and recharged.
This time my weekend chores are almost going to finish this story in the form of catharsis and are that I had to spend a week without internet and television signal, apparently, a failure of a computer in the sector caused this problem.
In view of this failure my plans to devote the weekend to the platform went up in smoke, I had to reinvent myself to take advantage of the weekend and to make a good mention to its name.
So I started on Saturday to go to the store to make the pending purchases for the week, the weekend shopping is something laborious because many people go out with the same plan, with the theme of the pandemic I tried to avoid it but well this opportunity escaped from my hands and so I went ahead with the activities.
Going to the store for shopping took me a few hours on Saturday, when I got home I had lunch to continue taking advantage of the time disconnected from the media, I decided to take some time to occupy it with my goats and perform health control of their facilities and also perform a general deworming, this activity did not take me long so I took a good shower and spent the rest of the afternoon playing with my son or well I thought so but they ended up playing with me as if it were a park.
Sunday started my morning with the blessing of a gift that a cousin brought me and it was a large amount of spinach and since I have a few basil plants I didn't hesitate to make some pesto sauce and have it ready to serve in my fridge at all times.
When I finished preparing the sauce I disassembled my air conditioning unit for maintenance and cleaning because it was a little underperforming. On Sundays, I usually make a special meal and this weekend was not going to be the exception,
I took advantage of the failure to entertain myself cooking on my grill and spend a few good hours outdoors, this time I prepared sweet and sour chicken wings with salad and parboiled cassava.
When I finished preparing lunch I took the direction of my afternoon in an experiment I have in development, am preparing cheeses with the milk of my goats, and that day I took the opportunity to prepare a cheese with chorizo, refining the recipe takes time because you have to be documenting the step by step, generating a formula for us to always be the same way once it works. Of course, I had already been working on the recipe for days, so by dedicating myself to making it, the error is less and the inputs are not wasted.
I missed many hours in my weekend, I still have many pending activities in my house since the death of my dad, I am trying to leave his house in order and with all the things collected in boxes to prevent them from deteriorating, also cleaning is easier, among so many things the back garden is very neglected and I started to clean it but my children as they demand a lot of time I hope this weekend to resume these activities to gradually realize these pending.
Another thing we have pending is a good rest and my children started their school activities so the day starts very early to achieve all the activities and we finish very late at night, so adapting to this new routine has generated tiredness hehehehe and well who wouldn't if we already have almost two years without the school routine of our children.

Fin de semana desconectado

Queridos amigos espero se encuentren todos bien, días que no paso a escribir por acá, he tenido mucho trabajo y eso me ha obligado a desplazar un poco a Hive, pero aquí estamos de vuelta y recargados.
En esta oportunidad mis quehaceres del fin de semana casi que van a terminar este relato en forma de catarsis y es que me toco pasar una semana sin señal de internet ni televisión, al parecer una falla de un equipo en el sector ocasiono este problema.
En vista de esta falla mis planes de dedicar el fin de semana a la plataforma se esfumaron, toco reinventarme para poder aprovechar el fin de semana y poder hacerle una buena mención a su nombre.
Así que empecé el día sábado por ir a la tienda a realizar las compras pendientes para la semana, el fin de semana realizar compras el algo laborioso ya que muchas personas salen con el mismo plan, con el tema de la pandemia lo intentaba evitar pero bueno esta oportunidad se escapo de mis manos y así adelante las actividades.
El salir he ir a la tienda por las compras me tomo unas cuantas horas el día sábado, al llegar a casa toco almorzar para seguir aprovechando del tiempo desconectado de los medios, decidí tomarme un tiempo para ocuparlo con mis cabras y realizar control sanitario de sus instalaciones y además realice una desparasitación general, esta actividad no me tomo mucho tiempo así que tome una buena ducha y pase el resto de la tarde jugando con mis hijo o bueno eso yo pensaba pero terminaron ellos jugando conmigo como si fuera un parque.
El día domingo inicio mi mañana con la bendición de un regalo que me trajo un primo y se trataba de una gran cantidad de espinacas y como yo tengo unas cuantas plantas de albahaca no dude en hacer salsa al pesto y tenerla guardada lista para servir en mi nevera siempre.
Al terminar de preparar la salsa desmonte mi equipo de aire acondicionado para realizarle mantenimiento y limpieza porque estaba un poco deficiente en rendimiento.
Los domingos acostumbro a realizar alguna comida en especial y este fin de semana no iba a ser la excepción, aproveche de la falla para entretenerme cocinando en mi parrillera y así pasar unas buenas horas al aire libre, en esta ocasión prepare una alas de pollo agridulce con ensalada y yuca sancochada.
Al terminar de prepara el almuerzo tome la dirección de mi tarde en un experimento que tengo en desarrollo, les cuento un poco estoy preparando quesos intervenidos con la leche de mis cabras y ese día aproveche para preparar un queso intervenido con chorizo, el afinar la receta toma su tiempo ya que hay que ir documentando el paso a paso, generando una fórmula para que siempre nos quede de la misma manera una vez que funciona. Claro está la receta ya la venia maquinando hace días, así que al dedicarme a realizarla el error es menos y no se desperdicia los insumos.
Me faltaron muchas horas en mi fin de semana, todavía tengo muchas actividades pendientes en mi casa desde la muerte de mi papá, estoy tratando de dejar su casa en orden y con todas las cosas recogidas en cajas para evitar que se deterioren, así también el realizar limpieza es más sencillo, entre tantas cosas el jardín trasero está muy descuidado y empecé a limpiarlo pero mis hijos como demandan mucho tiempo no termine espero este fin de semana retomar esas actividades para ir concretando poco a poco estos pendientes.
Otra cosa que tenemos pendiente es un buen descanso y es que mis hijos empezaron sus actividades escolares por lo que el día se comienza muy temprano para lograr todas las actividades y terminamos muy de noche, por lo que el adaptarnos a esta nueva rutina ha generado cansancio jejeje y bueno a quien no si ya tenemos casi dos años sin la rutina escolar de nuestros hijos.
