Lo primero que yo hago cuando voy a realizar piezas bordadas, es que hago un molde. Esta vez pinté una piña en un pedacito de cartón para guiarme antes de dibujarla en el fieltro.
The first thing I do when I am going to make embroidered pieces, is that I make a mold. This time I painted a pineapple on a piece of cardboard to guide me before drawing it on the felt.
Cuando ya lo tenemos marcado en nuestro fieltro, tomamos aguja e hilo nylon y empezamos a bordarlo.
Comienzo primero por los canutillos marrones del medio para luego ir rellenando, es importante que bordes máximo tres piedritas a la vez para que no se enrede y vayas bien guiado con las lineas.
When we have it marked on our felt, we take needle and nylon thread and begin to embroider it.
It is important to embroider a maximum of three pebbles at a time so that it doesn't get tangled and you are well guided with the lines.
Estando listas las lineas guías comenzamos a rellenar con las mostacillas amarillas, vas a ir llenando los triángulos en le dirección que quieras, considerando que todo ese reglón van a ir en la misma forma.
Once the guide lines are ready, we start to fill in the yellow beads, you will fill in the triangles in the direction you want, considering that the whole line will be in the same shape.
Luego que estén todos los lados llenitos de mostacillas, vamos a bordear todo el exterior con las mostacillas amarillas, para que la forma quede bien delimitada.
Once all the sides are filled with beads, we are going to border the whole outside with the yellow beads, so that the shape is well delimited.
Ahora vamos con la parte de arriba que será verde, la realicé colocando mostacillas verdes y algunos canutillos. Siempre llevando la misma dirección pero jugando con los tonos para que se vea más divertido.
Después que ya tenemos ambas piñas visibles, y bien terminadas, vamos a colocar bastante silicón fío por la parte de atrás.
Esto siempre lo hago para asegurar las costuras del bordado.
Las dejamos secar muy bien, hasta que sientas que esta duro el fieltro.
After we have both pineapples visible, and well finished, we are going to put a lot of cold silicone on the back.
I always do this to secure the embroidery seams.
Let them dry very well, until you feel that the felt is hard.
Ya bien secas nuestras piñas vamos a recortar el borda con mucho cuidado, dejando aproximadamente 2 milímetros de fieltro en los exteriores.
Once our pine cones are well dried, we are going to cut the embroidery very carefully, leaving approximately 2 millimeters of felt on the outside.
Con las piñas ya recortadas volvemos a poner silicón en todo el borde y esta vez la pegaremos de nuestra bipiel.
Hacemos presión para que queden bien planitas y sin despegarse.

We make pressure so that they are flat and without peeling off.
Recortamos y vemos como la bipiel sella las costuras y tiene un mejor acabado el arete.
We cut out and see how the bi-leather seals the seams and the earring has a better finish.
Ahora para terminar vamos a bordar mostacillas doradas uniendo el fieltro y el bipiel, para darle acabado a los bordes de nuestros aretes.
Now to finish we are going to embroider golden beads joining the felt and the bipiel, to finish the edges of our earrings.
Ahora vamos a realizar un semi-circulo en la parte de arriba de nuestra piña, justo en el medio.
Tomamos hilo y aguja y vamos a introducir 5 mostacillas doradas, y luego la cosemos en la parte trasera.
Esto será para agregar el arito donde colgaremos el topito del arete.

Es es un trabajo que toma por lo menos un día entero, pero es resultado vale la pena... Además trabajar con las manos suele ser muy relajante, así que tomate tu tiempo para ir aprendiendo y perfeccionando las técnicas.
It's a job that takes at least a whole day, but the result is worth it... Also working with your hands is usually very relaxing, so take your time to learn and perfect the techniques.
