Hay cosas que hacen nuestra vida más fácil, y en mi caso es mi tablet. Muchos se preguntarán: ¿Si tienes celular y laptop, para qué necesitas una tablet? La verdad esta es una pregunta válida, y más que hablar del forro, quiero comentarles de donde nació esta necesidad.
Sé que ya había hecho su unboxing en su momento, y que ya había comprado algunas cosas para ella. Pero nunca está de más hacer mejoras, sobre todo, cuando ya la base que tengo, un color menta de la que también les había hablado, empezó a perder fuerza y no me estaba funcionando como quería. Así que decidí buscarme un nuevo forro.

No crean que esto es un capricho, ya tenía varios meses buscando algo que fuera lo más amigable posible. Pero el problema era que cada vez que se me presentaba la oportunidad, dejaba la tablet en casa y no tenía maneras de probar el forro. Perdí muchas oportunidades de comprar uno bueno por esto, pero ya no podía más por muchas razones. El estuche tipo agenda era muy endeble e incómodo de sujetar para leer, y la base ya no sostiene la tablet o el celular y se desliza, lo que la hacía bastante incómoda ya, y esto es una tristeza porque me encantaba.

Así que me fuí en la búsqueda de mi forro, lista para caminar y con la tablet guardada en mi morral, me llegué a un centro comercial bastante popular en mi zona y empezó la búsqueda, encontré varios, algunos eran muy costosos y engorrosamente grandes y gruesos (fuera mentes sucias y cochambrosas, los conozco 😒), por lo que aunque podía ser una opción no me terminaba de convencer, por lo que seguí buscando. Por fortuna encontré una pequeña tienda en la que tenían unos estuches más económicos y que se ajustaban a lo que quería.

Me causaba mucha gracia que a todos los sitios que llegaba me preguntaban si era para un niño o para una niña: y yo tenía que decirles que era para mí. ¡Los adultos también utilizamos tablet
s! La chica que me atendió se echó a reír y me sacó las cosas más cuchis posibles. Tenía dos colores disponibles, rosado y morado con unos motivos que al parecer eran infantiles (no me parece). Me tuve que decidir entre flores sonrientes, unicornios o un pequeño astronauta. Así que, como yo últimamente estoy optando por cosas girlys, me fui por el astronauta rosado porque #Hivetothemoon.

Yo utilizo esta para muchas cosas, la principal es para leer, así que la única manera en la que podía hacerlo cómodamente era dejando la tablet fuera del estuche para poder sostener el dispositivo con mis pequeñas manos. Como generalmente leo antes de dormir, dejo muchas veces, por la flojera de ponerla en la mesa de noche, simplemente la ponía al otro costado de la cama... Un par de días amaneció en el piso, era necesario buscarle un forro de goma como el que le escogí porque podía pasar una tragedia. Otro uso que le doy es que es mi acompañante mientras cocino. A mí me gusta mucho cocinar y hacer cosas en la cocina mientras pongo alguna serie en el dispositivo, es la manera más fácil que tengo para aprovechar el tiempo y realmente lo disfruto. Así que gracias a un soporte que tiene este forro, puedo dejar parada la tablet e inclinada de forma en que puedo acceder a mis apps y ver mis series favoritas de una forma más eficiente. Y si recojo el soporte, la tablet se siente pequeña y cómoda en mi mano. Ya no tengo excusas para no leer y seguir reavivando mis hábitos de lectura.

Y la otra cosa para que lo estoy usando mucho, es para acceder a la app de hoyolab y poder buscar los materiales de ascensión y todo lo que necesito de Genshin Impact, así que mientras estoy en la laptop o en la computadora jugando, tengo el mapa de Genshin abierto y me facilita muchas cosas.

Y esto es todo por ahora, espero que consideren resguardar bien sus aparatos, pueden durar muchos años si los guardan bien y los dejan fuera del alcance de nuestros pies en nuestras camas. There are things that make our lives easier, and in my case it is my tablet. Many will ask: If you have a cell phone and a laptop, why do you need a tablet? The truth is a valid question, and more than talking about the lining, I want to tell you where this need was born.
I know I had already done its unboxing at the time, and I had already bought some things for it. But it never hurts to make improvements, especially when the foundation I already have, a mint color that I had also told you about, started to lose strength and was not working as I wanted. So I decided to get a new liner.

Don't think this is a whim, I had been looking for something as friendly as possible for several months. But the problem was that every time the opportunity presented itself, I left the tablet at home and had no way to test the liner. I missed many opportunities to buy a good one because of this, but I couldn't anymore for many reasons. The diary type case was very flimsy and uncomfortable to hold for reading, and the base no longer holds the tablet or cell phone and slides around, which made it quite uncomfortable already, and this is a sadness because I loved it.

So I went on the search for my liner, ready to walk and with the tablet tucked in my backpack, I got to a fairly popular mall in my area and the search began, I found several, some were very expensive and cumbersomely big and thick (out dirty and dirty minds, I know them 😒), so although it could be an option I was not quite convinced, so I kept looking. Fortunately I found a small store where they had some cheaper cases that fit what I wanted.

I was very amused that everywhere I went I was asked if it was for a boy or a girl: and I had to tell them it was for me. Adults also use tablets! The girl who served me laughed and brought out the cutest things possible. She had two colors available, pink and purple with apparently childish motifs (I don't think so). I had to decide between smiling flowers, unicorns or a little astronaut. So, since I'm opting for girly things lately, I went for the pink astronaut because #Hivetothemoon.

I use this one for many things, the main one being for reading, so the only way I could do that comfortably was to leave the tablet out of the case so I could hold the device with my little hands. As I usually read before bedtime, I often left it on the other side of the bed because I was too lazy to put it on the nightstand.... A couple of days it woke up on the floor, it was necessary to find a rubber lining like the one I chose for it because a tragedy could happen. Another use I give it is that it is my companion while I cook. I really like to cook and do things in the kitchen while watching a series on the device, it is the easiest way I have to take advantage of the time and I really enjoy it. So thanks to a stand that has this liner, I can leave the tablet upright and tilted so that I can access my apps and watch my favorite shows more efficiently. And if I pick up the stand, the tablet feels small and comfortable in my hand. I no longer have any excuses not to read and continue to rekindle my reading habits.

And the other thing I'm using it a lot for, is to access the hoyolab app and be able to look up the ascension materials and everything I need from Genshin Impact, so while I'm on the laptop or computer playing, I have the Genshin map open and it makes a lot of things easier for me.
