I think all of us have dreams at different phases of our life. When I was young I dreamt of being the first in my family to get a basic degree and to secure a high paying job. Then as I struggled to make ends meet, raised a family, looked after my aged parents, I hated the 9 to 5 job that tied me down. I yearned to be out of the rat race and to be financially free. It was always one after another, then I kept thinking what's next?
In 2019,my hubby and I took the courage and opted into hobby farming after we retired from our boring 9 to 5 job. We finally got to build a small farm house where we get to enjoy all the nature surrounding us. We plant mostly fruit trees and after 3 years, we are beginning to enjoy the labors of our hard work. In this blog, I would like to continue to share my joy and journey as I pick up new skill and experiences along the way.
