Yeah, shits no joke man. A couple people die each year climbing up here, I think mainly because it does not look crazy intimidating from the lot but.. I mean, it’s pretty sketchy. Glad to hear it sounds like your friend wasnt one of those statistics.

The weather has been so far unaffected, although we’ll see what happens going forward. It’s actually been crazy dry since I got here, to the point where half the state was on fire. The whole “PNW is sooo rainnnyyyy” thing is kind of a myth. I mean, it does tend to have pretty wet winters, but nothing compared to a lot of other places. Just a drizzle at night in the winter, and then 5 months without a drop of rain. I think people here just like to complain haha
