I think so too. The btc price often dictates alt coin movements on a wide scale. If you check the tmbtc futurs market they are diwn in the 3.5k area through March.

When evaluating over or under valued coins I believe its important to use more than 2. Btc and steem are two very different things. Many crypo investors don't even know what steemit is.

I think that having a set goal of an amount to write each day is the best way to plan out a book. Building that habit goes a lot way in actually completing a work in a timely manner.
