There is a trend here with Magical and Occupied Land Plots in #Splinterlands! Both magical and occupied have done well since last week's surveying went live! The magical low was around $190-200 and has seen the floor price rise slowly daily.
Land Rarity (Type)
Common land has been holding between $60-$70. The low was $50, but less than a dozen pieces of land were sold at that price.

- Occupied (3%).
While the ODDS of Magical is 12%, it trades over the EPIC Natural Land Prices (or the 4% odds). I believe the reason is based on the Production Boost of 100%. That BONUS is the same as a BONUS on the Legendary Natural Land Plot.
Special Bonus on Totem Fragments
Now that we covered land rarity and production bonus, the one extra bonus on this special land is the ability to find Totem Fragments. These Totem add bonuses to PP; therefore, I believe these ITEMS can be precious in the future.
Totem will help give other people a chance to get these. With a 150K land plot, there isn't enough for each LAND to have a totem on it. This is the reason why totem fragments will be important. There isn't enough SUPPLY in the market, especially at the RARE and higher rarity level.
Totem Fragments Value - Guess?
Today these Totem are available to purchase. Two weeks ago, these prices were much lower. I expected these prices to move higher.
Conclusion
What to do now? Keep an eye on magical common, as these will increase resell prices. The next thing to do is monitor Totem and Title prices. Once people realize how Totems and Titles added bonus, it might be cheaper to have a 10% bonus for $30 using a Common Totem.
If you have 8K or 42K PP, for a mere $30 Totem, that can add 800 PP or 4200 PP. Don't SLEEP on a 10% boost. I have seen some players with 100K PP, so each bonus can be precious!! Common Totem was around $23-26 last week. These will MOVE up in price as players will need more than 1 totem. If a player has 50 plots of land, I would think they might need 20 Totems!
