Una sola fe, un mismo Dios: El hilo que nos une a todos / One single faith, one God: The thread that binds us all
En el camino de la vida, casi todos buscamos lo mismo: respuestas, consuelo y una fuerza superior en la cual apoyarnos cuando las cosas se ponen difíciles o cuando queremos agradecer por un buen día. A veces nos perdemos en discusiones sobre cuál religión es la verdadera o cuál templo es el correcto. Sin embargo, si nos detenemos a reflexionar con el corazón abierto, nos daremos cuenta de una verdad muy sencilla y profunda: solo existe un Dios para todo el mundo.
Along life’s journey, almost all of us seek the same thing: answers, comfort, and a higher power to lean on when times get tough or when we want to give thanks for a good day. Sometimes we get lost in debates about which religion is the true one or which temple is the right one. However, if we stop to reflect with an open heart, we realize a very simple and profound truth: there is only one God for the entire world.
No importa el nombre con el que lo llames, la forma en que le ores o el lugar donde te arrodilles. Las religiones y las doctrinas son simplemente diferentes caminos, creados por las culturas humanas, para intentar llegar a una misma cima. Son como idiomas distintos que utilizamos para expresar exactamente el mismo sentimiento: la fe. Un padre ama a todos sus hijos por igual, sin importar qué idioma hablen; de la misma manera, esa fuerza creadora y divina nos abarca a todos sin distinción.
It doesn’t matter what name you call Him, how you pray, or where you kneel. Religions and doctrines are simply different paths, shaped by human cultures, trying to reach the very same peak. They are like different languages used to express the exact same feeling: faith. A parent loves all their children equally, no matter what language they speak; in the same way, that divine creating force encompasses us all without distinction.
Tener fe no se trata de cumplir reglas para juzgar al vecino que piensa diferente. La verdadera fe es esa certeza callada que llevamos por dentro; esa luz que nos dice que no estamos solos, que los tiempos difíciles pasan y que siempre hay un propósito más grande. Cuando entendemos que el Dios en el que cree la persona de al lado es el mismo que habita en nuestro ser —solo que visto desde otra perspectiva—, el juicio desaparece y da paso al respeto.
Having faith isn’t about following strict rules to judge a neighbor who thinks differently. True faith is that quiet certainty we carry within; that inner light telling us we are not alone, that hard times will pass, and that there is always a greater purpose. When we understand that the God the person next to us believes in is the very same one dwelling inside us —just seen from another perspective— judgment fades away and gives room to respect.
Al final del viaje, a Dios no le importará el nombre de tu doctrina, sino cuánto amor fuiste capaz de dar, cómo trataste a tus semejantes y cuánta paz cultivaste en tu entorno. Vivamos nuestra espiritualidad con libertad, sin divisiones. Abracemos nuestra fe con gratitud, sabiendo que, bajo el mismo cielo, todos somos hijos del mismo Creador caminando hacia el mismo hogar.
At the end of the journey, God won’t care about the name of your doctrine, but about how much love you were able to give, how you treated others, and how much peace you cultivated around you. Let us live our spirituality freely, without divisions. Let us embrace our faith with gratitude, knowing that under the same sky, we are all children of the same Creator walking toward the exact same home.
