Spring, where are you?

Hi, friends. Today 30 March, spring. But on the street is happening something unimaginable. In the morning it was +2, dripping drizzling rain. But just half an hour a strong wind picked up and it was snowing. Spring, where are you? Au! We are waiting for you.
