La vida es una amplia paleta de matices y tonalidades. En algunas ocasiones, estaremos m谩s cerca de los grises, en otras, de los colores. Tener un pensamiento radical y creer que las cosas deben ser de una forma u otra puede llegar a ser muy frustrante y generarnos estr茅s. La flexibilidad, la aceptaci贸n e incluso, a veces, la resignaci贸n, nos ayuda a mantenernos tranquilos y serenos. No se trata de ser conformistas, se trata de entender los ciclos de subidas y bajadas, los momentos de alegr铆as y tristezas, los cambios, que son naturales y ocurren con frecuencia. La vida a veces se ve rosa, amarilla, otras veces azul, gris o negra. De cada circunstancia podemos obtener una ense帽anza e interpretar lo que nos ocurre como oportunidades de crecimiento y mejora. Definitivamente nuestro trabajo personal, nuestra actitud y pensamientos influyen much铆simo en qu茅 tan colorida vemos nuestra vida, y c贸mo podemos sacar el mejor partido de cada color.
Esta peque帽a reflexi贸n surgi贸 a partir de las im谩genes que captur茅 en esta publicaci贸n. La navidad est谩 llegando a mi ciudad y una de las decoraciones escogidas en un Centro Comercial fueron estas bonitas sombrillas de colores. Me puse modo fot贸grafa y captur茅 luces, colores, incluso, un bonito abrazo que siento que resume perfectamente esta 茅poca del a帽o.
Como siempre, las fotograf铆as bonitas traen consigo algo de inspiraci贸n. Espero las disfruten 馃挍馃馃挌鉂わ笍馃挏馃挋

Life is a wide palette of shades and hues. On some occasions, we will be closer to the grays, on others, to the colors. Having a radical way of thinking and believing that things must be one way or another can be very frustrating and stressful. Flexibility, acceptance and sometimes even resignation help us to remain calm and serene. It is not about being conformists, it is about understanding the cycles of ups and downs, the moments of joys and sorrows, the changes, which are natural and occur frequently. Life sometimes looks pink, yellow, sometimes blue, gray or black. We can learn from each circumstance and interpret what happens to us as opportunities for growth and improvement. Definitely our personal work, our attitude and thoughts greatly influence how colorful we see our life, and how we can make the best of each color.
This little reflection came from the images I captured in this post. Christmas is coming to my city and one of the decorations chosen in a shopping mall were these beautiful colorful umbrellas. I went into photographer mode and captured lights, colors, even a nice hug that I feel perfectly sums up this time of the year.
