Each week of HTM2023 involves new anecdotes and challenges. The visible results are three publications a month, but behind this there are hours of planning, work in styling, photo shoots, editing and production of the publication. I know that together with my colleagues we put our hearts into this and look for the time beyond our responsibilities because regardless of the results, we are having fun, we continue to work on Hive and above all, we are discovering things we didn't know about ourselves. The level of self-demand has increased because little by little we have realized how far we can go, how much we can give.
It is satisfying to do a great job and make the most of our potential, according to our resources and possibilities. Personally, I realized that I didn't dedicate so much time to myself during the week, but to "all the activities I had to do". Now I am more connected with my femininity, and also with working on myself, both internally and externally. Doing my makeup and making it look beautiful makes me feel very proud, but I feel even more proud of myself when I am confident enough to communicate with confidence (written and oral) and to pose with mastery of my body (something I am still practicing but I have already seen results compared to the first challenge).
I feel happy to participate in this project and very proud of the work we are all doing, including the girls in the jury.
In this post I share with you more pictures of my last participation in the HTM2023, these were also some of my favorites but they didn't come to light because of the limit of only five pictures for the first challenge.

Cada semana del HTM2023 implica nuevas anécdotas y retos. Los resultados visibles son tres publicaciones al mes, pero detrás de esto hay horas de planificación, trabajo en el estilismo, sesiones fotográficas, edición y producción de la publicación. Sé que junto a mis compañeras le ponemos el corazón a esto y buscamos el tiempo más allá de nuestras responsabilidades porque independientemente de los resultados, nos estamos divirtiendo, seguimos trabajando en Hive y sobre todo, estamos descubriendo cosas que no sabíamos de nosotras mismas. El nivel de autoexigencia ha aumentado porque poco a poco nos hemos dado cuenta de qué tan lejos podemos llegar, cuánto podemos dar.
Es satisfactorio hacer un gran trabajo y aprovechar nuestra potencialidad al máximo, de acuerdo a nuestros recursos y posibilidades. Personalmente me di cuenta que no me dedicaba tanto tiempo a mí misma durante la semana, sino a "todas las actividades que tenía que hacer". Ahora estoy más conectada con mi feminidad, y también con el trabajo en mí misma, tanto internamente como externamente. Realizarme un maquillaje y que quede hermoso me hace sentir muy orgullosa, pero me siento aún más orgullosa de mí misma cuando tengo la confianza suficiente para comunicarme con seguridad (de forma escrita y oral) y para posar con dominio de mi cuerpo (Algo que todavía estoy practicando pero ya he visto resultados en comparación con el primer reto)
Me siento feliz de participar en este proyecto y muy orgullosa del trabajo que estamos haciendo todas, incluidas las chicas del jurado.
En esta publicación les comparto más fotografías de mi última participación en el HTM2023, estas también fueron de mis favoritas pero no salieron a la luz por el límite de solo cinco fotos para el primer reto.
