#Splinterlands - Vote for #Peakmonster update

Hello all,

I visited @peakmonster discord channel recently and saw they are calling for vote on the update/improvement.

I already did the upvote on the below proposal and I would like to get your support to upvote it as well, so it can be implemented.

1. Allow owner to stop renting even when it's already in cancelation phase by renter

This is the possibility of removing a renting card when it is already cancelled by tenant

It happens so many times that we can’t cancel our rental as a owner and our cards are put on the market at the end of the period but rented again and cancelled again by the tenant so we have never the time to cancel it ourselves.

Actually, this is annoyed me sometime

2. Option to extend rentals with either CREDITS or DEC -- not limited by the initial currency used

Currently, the user have to renew with the same currency that the rental contract was initiated with. This usually becomes a problem for lower league players when they use their saved up CREDITS to initiate rentals, then would want to renew with they earned DEC afterwards.

Or I would like to switch to use my CREDITS from affiliate program.

Besides these 2 upvotes, I also downvoted 1 proposal - Adjust rental Price in less steps
In this proposal, it's allowed to change price of a rental even while rented out.
I think it's not correct because renting likes signing a contract.
You can not change the renting price after signing a contract :)
