Hello all Splinterlands friends,
It's me again to share with you the last season's report.
I played regularly after the game update on Jul 6th to test the ranked battle reward. Overall, I got better ranked battle rewards. I broke my seasonal ranked battle reward record with more than 102 staked SPS. The last time I could achieve more than 100 staked SPS per season is season 7, which is 10 months ago.
However, my win rate was reduced to ~47% and I only got enough rating to advance to the Gold league just before the season's end 😅
1. SPS earning
- I got 243 staked SPS from ranked battle/ daily and EOS / brawl rewards and Tower defense packs this season ✅
- I also staked another liquid 150SPS and I have more than 12.3k staked SPS in my account.
- In general, I'm still on track with SPS staking target.
2. DEC earning
- The rental market is definitely impacted by the latest update from the Splinterlands team. Players don't need to rent high CP cards to advance to higher leagues anymore. They just need to rent the monsters which are suitable for their targeted league. It reduces the rental fee for lower leagues.
- As a consequence, my net earning is negative this season. I will review the rental price and will cut it lower if possible
3. Cards
- My deck value is still stable at $500.
- This season, I got 14 Summoner cards, which is the highest number of Summoner cards that I could get in 1 season. At the moment, I got all Reward summoner cards at level 2 and they're going to reach level 3 soon
- I was able to level up 6 cards, including 2 Gladiator ones.
4. Next steps
- Move up to the Gold league at season end ✅
- Join the Guild brawl regularly ✅
- Using excess SPS to buy Riftwatcher and Nightmare packs ✅ Added 15 more Nightmare packs and I have 53 packs in the game.
At the moment, Nightmare pack sale ended, so there is no more new Nightmare added to the market. With this, the Nightmare pack price increased from 4HIVE to 7.7HIVE (at the time I compose this post). While the Nightmare pack price is already high, I decide to monitor the market before making any decision. - I will flip some non-use cards to some more useful ones to strengthen my deck
That's all for now. See you in the next report and have a nice weekend
