Another HPUD and I already joined HPUD for 8 months consecutive.
It's also a good time to review my 2023 progress. It will help to remind me of the 2023 targets and adjust the approach if needed to achieve all the targets.
1. Hive Power - 1200 HP in 2023
August is an interesting month with a lot of activities and I had a chance to add more HP to my account than usual
- I joined the Women's World Cup Contest by
@hivebuzz and it's really a wonderful contest with a lot of fun. I was able to guess correctly the result of 36 matches in total of 64 matches, and ranked at position 104. I also joined the Men's World Cup Contest and my rank was much higher than 104 because I follow Men Federation team more closely than Women. However, I still got ~16 HIVE at rewards with the initial investment of 1 HIVE. It's a 16x gain. If there is another contest, I recommend you to join. It's not only fun but also a gain in your pocket. All 16 HIVE was powered up today :D

- As of today, I already had ~830 HP in my account, I will need 93HP each month to achieve my target.
2. Cycling to work - 2345km in 2023
- In the last riding report, I achieved 954km which increased by 109km in August.
- Every morning, I take a quick glance at the weather forecast. When I see there is a little chance of rain, I will ride my bicycle to work. This is the best way to chase this target at the moment.
3. Splinterlands
I set 2 targets in Splinterlands in 2023
- To have 15k in-game staking SPS. I already had 13.3k SPS, which is ~89% of the target. This is the only target that I feel confident to achieve this year.
- To have 100 Nightmare packs in the game ❌ However, there are some updates from the team like stopping SPS rewards for keeping Nightmare packs in the game,... I decided to abort this target and only keep 50 packs to play the game later.
