That doesn't count

Why not? You said you were going to write something once a day and post it. I did just that. Now post it and go to sleep.

Just typing Something when it means nothing is not a post. Now if 'Something' meant something to anybody then it would be a weird post, but funny, to a few people at least. You admitted your 'Something' means nothing so it will not be posted. It is a waste of my time and anyone else's time to click on a post that says nothing.

While you are scarfing down your leftover Kentucky Fried Chicken let me just say that you are wrong. Something can not be nothing.

Something is always something do to the fact it is SOME (kind of) THING. Whether you like the some'Thing' in question doesn't matter. A thing, is a thing, is a thing, no matter what you say. It is just how the world works. I do not make the rules. I just know the laws of things.

If we want to get picky 'nothing' should not be a word. Why do we need a word to describe 'Not a thing'? If something is not a thing then why talk about it? How can you talk about something that doesn't even exist?

You do not go for a walk in the woods and come home running because you were afraid of nothing. You run home from the woods because you were afraid of something. You might not know what scared you but something did. Nothing can't scare you because it is not there.

Wind can scare you. Frogs on a honeymoon can scare you. Bugs, of any kind, can really scare you! A leaf falling gently down from the branches of an old tree can scare you. What it comes down to is all those things are somethings not nothings.

Those somethings tell a story. Your story. Your perspective. This gives meaning to any post be it long or short.
