So, I do not have a mailing list.
I don't usually post in groups on Hive.
I just post using Hive.blog
I didn't come to Hive to make money, and I do not write to make money, even 6 years later.
I do not want a mailing list. I know people that have them and I am happy for them!

But the great thing about Hive is I can do as much or as little as I want. You can go 'balls to the wall' like @Grindan did for her first year here and it's okay!!!

You can wander through groups and see if you find one covering subjects you want to post in and find new friends that way just by commenting on their posts.

98% of the people I met on Hive were through comments people left on my posts or I left on theirs. Over the years I got to know people more and more, and now, 6 years later, I have some people that look for my posts to read. I am very lucky that way.

But again. I didn't come for votes or money and votes and money do not keep me here.

Thank You for the advice. I will remember it if I ever think I want that attention. It's just....not for me at this point in my life.
