My daughter-in-law got a fine (or ticket, as we call it here), because her car's display disc holding the licence was "obscured" by this flyer that some clever idiot put underneath the windscreen wiper. On top of it, the person who issued the fine is color blind, as the Golf isn't silver at all. Actually, now that I mention it, I don't think I've ever seen a silver Golf in my life.
The car is registered in my name, so guess who has to sort out this mess.
