There also wasn't a lot of awareness initially about the HIVE-to-HBD conversions (and the stabilizer also didn't do them until mid-2022). Now when it goes above 1.05 a lot of those get done by by the stabilizer and accounts other than the stabilizer, so it gets pushed back down faster.
