I agree with this premise (and I have no knowledge base to disagree with your assessment of deleted comments), but I think a wider review of RC costs should be undertaken with hivemind considered. The previous calculation of RC costs by Steemit Inc considered necessary plugins for full nodes but the architecture has changed and should be reexamined.
