Sounds good, except for the pork, LOL! I will make an omelette this AM using farm fresh quail eggs. A little onion sauteed in butter, with fresh diced tomatoes on top on the melted cheese; wrapped in a fresh cooked burrito wrapper...yum! Come visit, and you can try it. 😆👍💗😋

I have some repairs at the homestead, and need to deliver some more prepping supplies. My Son is putting a new window in his rental house and might need some help; so we'll see.

Here, it is Memorial Day weekend, so Monday is a holiday honoring our servicemen.

I may take my sister out, and teach her how to be safe with her new pistol. Not sure of her schedule, but she isn't allowed to mess with it until I can show her what not to do!

I may even fish for a few hours, if it doesn't 🌧️ rain.
