I flew into midway several times, but switched it to Mitchell field in Wisconsin. It was quicker to land there and drive south, that to drive north. 🧭🧭🧭

Oddly, what put me off worst; were the ham repeaters, they are all closed. I have run into a repeater that was closed to supporters of that machine, but most across the country are open access. Very unfriendly!!!! Different mindset I guess.
