I found a very usable zoning chart from the USDA on a website www.ecolawnandgarden.com

Lots of good reading there. Here's the map:

This is much better than a spreadsheet, and it resolved my questions at a glance. It also allowed me to look how close I am to another zone. This allows me to look at both zones for growing information on how to plant, and what to grow; in my specific location!

This has already changed my seed orders somewhat, so I thought it might help others right now.

I am disappointed that I can't grow snow peas, but knowing means I didn't have to waste time and money, on a crop that needs cooler temperatures!
