I had the opportunity to get some training on a MembraPure Amino Acid Analyzer at Dayton Children's Hospital. It's such a simple but elegant instrument. Supposed to be the only one that uses LED photometric for detection.
The system is simple to PM, as long as you know what you're doing. We ran into troubles, which provided some great troubleshooting opportunities. Very similar to most LCs I've troubleshot in the past.
I'm looking forward to working more with these in the future. For now, I'll be one of the reagent/buffer distributors for MembraPure in the US.
