In this new episode, number 17, of the Alien Art community, I present "Angel 2".
The creation of this design focuses on applying a burning effect to the title, along with a series of overlays and the use of blurs to achieve the final result. I particularly enjoy creating these interpretations with angels, as we can attribute various messages to them depending on the context. It seemed like a good idea to associate it with a sunrise, with the light emerging in the appearance of its face and other parts. En este nuevo episodio, número 17, de la comunidad Alien Art, presento "Ángel 2".
La creación de este diseño se centra en la aplicación de un efecto de quemado en el título, junto con una serie de superposiciones y el uso de desenfoques para lograr el resultado final. Disfruto especialmente realizando estas interpretaciones con ángeles, ya que podemos atribuirles diversos mensajes dependiendo del contexto. Me pareció una buena idea asociarle un amanecer, con la luz que emerge en la aparición de su rostro y otras partes. DESIGN
To begin the explanation of the process, I focused on choosing the concept of an angel in a distinctive dawn, full of colors amidst the darkness. I generated the image of an angel, and being captivated by the result, I started to enhance it through the play of lights.
Using an exposure layer, I lowered the lights entirely so that later I could add some illumination to part of its outline and highlight the figure.
Para iniciar la narración del proceso, me centré en elegir el concepto de un ángel y un amanecer distintivo, lleno de colores en medio de la oscuridad. Generé la imagen de un ángel y, al quedar cautivado por el resultado, comencé a realzarla mediante el juego de luces.
Utilizando una capa de exposición, reduje completamente las luces para luego añadirle cierta iluminación a parte de su contorno y resaltar la figura.
With the word "SUNRISE" positioned, and upon closer inspection, I created several copies, each with different colors, mostly warm tones, and the addition of blue. Then, by overlaying one on top of the other and with subtle lateral movements, I began to apply the liquid effect to achieve a sort of melting in the letters.
Later, I created an identical copy of the text turned into liquid and used it as a motion effect to achieve the result shown in the third image of this section.
Con la palabra "SUNRISE" posicionada, y si se observa detenidamente, creé varias copias, cada una con diferentes colores, principalmente cálidos, y la adición del azul. Luego, al superponer una sobre la otra y con movimientos sutiles hacia los lados, comencé a aplicar el efecto líquido para lograr una especie de derretimiento en las letras.
Posteriormente, creé una copia idéntica del texto convertido en líquido y la utilicé como un efecto de movimiento para lograr el resultado que se muestra en la tercera imagen de esta sección.
Preview
The design in the preview needed to be completed with text to convey the intended message. By creating a series of text and element sets that complement, I managed to highlight a section with a gradient bar using the colors from the title part.
The light flare was created using a brush, and once placed, I was able to adjust it to the perspective of the angel.
El diseño en la vista previa debía complementarse con texto para acercar el mensaje que quería transmitir. Realizando una serie de conjuntos de textos y elementos que complementan, logré destacar la parte con una barra de degradado con los colores utilizados para la parte del título.
El destello de la luz fue creado con un pincel y, una vez ubicado, pude acomodarlo a la perspectiva del ángel.
So, concluding this session, I can say that I loved creating it because it represents what defines me as an "artist": this underground concept accompanied by mysticism.
