Yesterday there was a Mardi Gras parade in town. We had a lot of fun watching the floats and costumes come through.
One of the things that I like about the #mypictureday challenge is it pushes me to try new things. It has made me step out of my comfort zone, because typically I do not photograph people and events like this.
