Hello everybody,

due to the current bandwith limits - we are forced to send refunds via smartsteem instead of smartmarket, which sometimes results in not enough SBD liquidity and then refunds not getting send.

So - if you have paid for a vote but the vote hasn't been made or it has been made but is too low and you should have received a partial refund, then please contact us on discord or write in the comments below, with the following information:

It would be best if you'd send a screenshots but you can also write down the information

• the MEMO / post-link
• the amount you send SBD / STEEM
• when you send it
• and the transaction id - found on steemd.com (the top right number on the picture above)

How to find out if your Vote is missing

The best way to find out if your vote is missing is by going to smartsteem.com, logging in and then checking the Received Votes on your profile.

But keep in mind, that those Votes that are older than the last Feature-Update (which was 3-4 days ago - will not be shown there)

Important:

We also noticed a visual bug that while the vote went through, it still isn't shown on your profile.

However, we can test this simply via a check with out database!
