Because we love ourselves, in turn give us the kick, the energy to work. After getting some money from job. One is able to enjoy life and have the time to relax and think about oneself.
When one relaxes, one's mind is put to rest, to be friends with the surroundings and afterthat absorption from the surroundings helps one to know oneself better and thus the discovery to who you actually are.
