It's only been less than a year that I've been using AI a work flow I've been hoping to make money from, and in that short period, I've learned so much about AI models, their abilities, strength, weakness and overall functionalities.
When I was into content creation for crypto businesses in 2025, I was mostly using handwritten contents even when fellow creators on twitter were pumping out AI contents. To be honestly, a year ago, I was a newbie to AI usage, so I'd have probably done badly if I attempted it, the reason is simple: the ability to prompt.
Prompting creatively
A lot of those guys got so used to flooding the timeline with a lot of AI content, although the person I was working with warned me never to use AI Content like them, I think this is because they wanted to test my capabilities as a crypto creator and secondly they wanted me to "earn" the money I got paid instead of using AI as a free pass.
Also, they wanted me to pump out contents in thousands of words on a daily while keeping it manual. While the job was naturally exhausting, I could have automated 50% of the job by using AI for research while manualizing the process by adding my human input, but truth be told..
I never knew any of that, I never understood how to make that workflow, I was new to AI usage, secondly even I did understand it, I hated AI outputs, I like being the bigger person by just choosing to be a creative person, but the problem at the time was that I had too much work..
I was working nonstop for a person who gave me peanuts in payment, but demanded 100% manual labour. I wasn't mad that I put in a lot of manual labour, I was sad that I could have at least automated 50% of the workflow, while automating it with the remaining 50%.
Presently I've gotten better in my usage of AI but that's barely even up to 5% of people who are using it to make money, but, then that's because I cannot afford those models and secondly, I don't have enough money to do that.
My usage has gotten better
I started using AI prompts properly 2 to 3 months ago, especially in image creation and other automatic process, and honestly even if I had gotten better at it, the truth is that AI excels at creative process that doesn't have to do with emotional input, but fails woefully when you test it with emotional input.
Also, the output are easily recognisable. They have this recognisable slur that makes them annoyingly unique and you'll need to be a very good prompter to actually regulate all that slur and make it clean, and even when you're done, you'll still need some time to add that human input on it, because without what you'll still be left with an input that's generally recognisable by everyone.
Is AI the Future?
However, they say AI is the future, so why is everyone trying to humanize their AI input? It's simple AI is an assistant, even with the models we would have in the future, you'll still need a human touch to whatever AI creates for you.
Look at it this way. The human mind is unique but limited in it's capabilities to do vast level of research in a very short time, and this is why merging human uniqueness with AI's vastness is the perfect workflow for a mind-blowing result, and you must understand this in 2026.
In reality, the capabilities of AI will get better, infact some money making opportunities will come from it too, but the idea is to use it to improve your craft, not to completely replace you, and the only way you can actually do this is to prompt well.
Discover a unique angle that no one is currently exploring, be creative, while discovering new things everyday. However, I will personally not recommend you even try any of that workflow on platforms like Hive, where the type of content needs over 90% human touch to even hit.
But this isn't to say you cannot use it for research, the content is mostly you. This is why I think content creation will still require a human touch, a soul behind a concept, this will continue into the future.
