You know , that brand of car is the worst ever you could get .
Following your posts on it i can only guess ,. your engine is fucked .
The electronics are one thing ,. but the lack of power could very well be a worn out engine .
Like does the engine have good compression ? ,.did any mechanic check that ?

Get rid of that wrack ,.sell it ,.. and buy a decent Toyota .
As even when you somehow get that dodgy chrysler to work ,.it will break down fast again .

If you need advise ,.from a real hobby mechanic ,. i am on telegram .
Just fixed the Rav4 ( that took us to Norway ones ) ,.. the owner crashed it in some rock wall .
Looks and drives fine again .

But do a check mate ,.. you might be in some sort of hotel California.
