I have found that content that is personal will get better results. I commend you for having the confidence to buy in, this is something I did over 6 years ago and it worked well for me.

The larger stakeholders like commitment.., think of it as shares in a company. You probably need to follow some more people to get more support. Meanwhile, I will try and get you more seen.

I wish there were more like you, many new people want a free ride and then bail when it doesn't happen. It takes time.
