Stupid and short-sighted. I started using Chat in early 2023 and someone at work noticed, reported it to the big boss, who told my boss.

Boss - 'you're not doing something daft like using AI are you?'
Me - 'yes, it speeds up this coding that I am doing by 50%'
Boss - 'oh...', he didn't know how to respond..

Nothing more was said. He thought I was using it for personal stuff.

Fast-forward to today. The big boss advocates AI for automation tasks and encourages its use.

You need to switch companies, your boss is a dinosaur.
