Some cheap cards to buy are Water Elemental (short term price target 7-8 cents and long term price target 9-10 cents) Spineback Turtle (price target 5-6 cents) Sabre Shark (price target 5-6 cents) Most discounted card is Silvershield Paladin because this card was trading at 15 cents but now you can buy this card at super low price 10 cents.
