Hello guys. Starting another post from SKTBR. Are you all right? We hope so! Today we bring another tutorial and in this video we will talk about 5 tips for you to evolve faster in skateboarding.

Olá galera. Começando mais um post do SKTBR. Vocês estão bem? Esperamos que sim! Hoje trazemos mais um tutorial e nesse vídeo nos iremos falar sobre 5 dicas para você evoluir mais rápido no skate.

Practice: You need to train the moves.
Skate with your friends: meet the locals, make friends. That helps a lot. Skate with the guys who skate better than you.
Start with zero: start with the basics, one step at a time.
Frequency: skate frequently. Why? Because muscle memory and balance are something that needs to be exercised.
Patience: Each is his own time. You don't have to fight anyone. Have fun and celebrate small achievements.

Prática: Você precisa treinar seus movimentos.
Ande com seus amigos: conheça os locais, faça amizade. Isso ajuda muito. Ande com a galera que é mais experiente.
Começar pelo zero: comece pelo básico, um passo de cada vez.
Frequência: ande com frequência. Por que? Porque memória muscular e equilíbrio são coisas que precisam ser exercitadas.
Paciência: Cada um no seu tempo. Não precisa disputar com ninguém. Se divirta e comemore pequenas conquistas.
