Wats up my fellow spammers. Today we will talk about PoW vs. PoS
PoW or Proof of Work is where we buy expensive hardware.. actually the hardware are made using cheap raw materials and they don't last for much time.. well these so called expensive hardware are made in China afterall and we also need to pay a lot of electricity bills
And by doing so we get some cryptocurrency.. most of the time we have to pay more than what we receive.. and maybe once in a year or so we get a bit more than what we pay..
PoS or Proof of Stake is also similar in the sense that here on Steemit there is no such way for you to receive any whale votes. The concept sounds so magical in theory however in order to get a whale vote on your post, you need to pay first and then get that vote from the bot.. All the whales who want to portray a clean image of them that they don't self-vote just delegates their SP to those voting bots and they get their shares from the amount you pay to buy the vote in the name of "post promotion" and getting your post "high lighted"
So now you know what PoS is like. You give me 100 today and come back after a week to take back 80. That's what PoS is like or more like what Steemit is like.
