I saw this news yesterday and it's crazy how they are now going after people who provide infrastructure or gateway for open source software but that is always the law perception in real life, they are now applying it to the digital world, nothing new it's just that it's been applied to open source software facilitator similar to the Silk Road case, I hope Samourai can win the case but chances are not so big I think, not that it's just but how justice works in many places, it's sad, I went through something similar and lost a few years of my life 😔 hope the best for them 🙏💪
