My spirit is a traveler
walking the steps of time
encrusted in a human body
it is not sublime
There is constant change
in the universe
technology is developing rapidly
our world is immersed
My spirit clings to nature
a haven from constant change
longing for stability
is it within range
The time has past
when the journey was simple
fascination with trees and leaves
water when it forms a ripple
Escaping now
shutting all technology down
reclaiming what was
a weekend out of town
Meditation over
taking in the early morning sun
slow deep breaths of relaxation
time traveling is fun
