Staring at the moon
shining in the night
secrets buried on the surface
what a sight
People have wondered
from the beginning of time
what secrets are buried
hidden in a mine
Are there aliens
space stations up there
is it made of cheese
does it have air
Such fun to sit at night
then to observe
a chance to go there
would I have the nerve
Beauty is abound
on this fine night
contemplating it all
with the star's light
I am blessed
to watch this night sky
taking it all in
a pleasure to my eye
