The thunderstorm is raging
with a symphony of sounds
thunder and lightening
with rain pounding down
I am a part
standing in the storm
winding hurling around me
not the norm
Thunder roars
lightening strikes
I am a rod
on this colorful night
Emotions within me
rumble with the storm
every passion I have
with this storm adorns
Living in the moment
enjoying freedom within
rain pours down my face
cleansed from sin
The storm is over
blessed with God's grace
my soul is renewed
a smile on my face
