From my collection this is a 1971 S Eisenhower Proof Dollar. It is 40% silver. It came sealed in a protective case and collectors box. This was sold by the mint for a premium to collectors unlike it's sister coin that was used for circulation.
It features President Dwight D. Eisenhower on the obverse and the first moon landing on the reverse. The design was by Frank Gasparro.
