Jestem zmęczony, mam dość, nie potrafię się skupić na zadaniach ponieważ z każdą godziną wybija kolejne gówno, które trzeba natychmiast załatać. Za dużo się dzieje, czeka mnie jeszcze trudna rozmowa z pracownikiem do zwolnienia, a nie lubię tego robić, rozmawiać, zwalniać, bo trzeba jako uzasadnienie powiedzieć parę gorzkich słów. Zawalam zbyt dużo tematów, a nie ukrywam, że nie mam kasy, by komuś sensownemu to zlecać.
I'm tired. I've had enough. I can't focus on anything because every hour some new shit comes up that needs to be dealt with immediately. There's just too much going on.
I still have a difficult conversation ahead of me with an employee I have to let go, and I hate doing that — having that conversation, firing someone — because you have to say a few harsh things to explain why.
I'm dropping the ball on far too many things, and, to be honest, I simply don't have the money to pay someone competent to take some of them off my plate.
