My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2023

Jechałem dziś do roboty z Ustronia. Pierwsze wrażenia takie, że chyba powinienem częściej wstawać o tej porze. Było tak pusto i spokojnie. Druga, pociąg pełny. Trzecia te uchwyty rowerowe w Kolejach Śląskich są średnie i jak wiszą cztery sztuki to nie da się przejść. Jak pociąg ruszał czy hamował, to jeden pan siedząc na normalnym miejscu dostawał kierownicą w głowę. A co do dzisiejszego dnia, to u nas sie nabija znacznie więcej kroków niż w górach (bo tam jest asfalt a tu jeżdżę po kamieniach). Koniec miesiąca. Trochę kilometrów zrobiłem, w tym trochę tych unikalnych. Idę spać, dziś planuję sie wyspać i wstać później tj. o 5:30

I was commuting to work from Ustroń today. My first impressions are that I should get up more often this early. 88It was so empty and peaceful. Second, the train is full. When the train was moving or braking, one gentleman, sitting in a normal seat, got hit in the head with the steer handle. And as for today, there are much more steps here than in the mountains (because there is asphalt and here I drive on stones). End of month. I did some kilometers, including some unique ones. I'm going to sleep, today I plan to sleep in and get up later, i.e. at 5:30
