These beefsteak tomatoes will soon be gone. We planted them two years ago, they have yielded a lot of fruits since then and given more than enough for our cooking. The extras were made into a bruschetta recipe and sweet and spicy salsa. Some even made it to my friendly neighbor's kitchen.
I hope it will survive winter and come back again next year.
