well what they don't tell you is they will upvote you but they will also do 2 things.

1. the vote will be of a value less than what you sent maybe 25c.
2. leave a comment on your post saying how they gave you a great upvote and how anyone else can get the same just by following the link.

now they have been paid by you they have sent the measly little upvote that cost you at least twice of the value of the vote you received they are now using your blog to advertise for them self and just maybe your vote on the comment they left to say thanks paying them even more.
