It's just after 5:30am and I am on my way to Sky Harbor Airport to catch my flight to Seattle for a welcomed escape from the blistering heat we have been experiencing here. There is also a side trip scheduled to visit a buddy in Vancouver, BC where a city tour and sunset boat ride are on the agenda. As I prepare for the joys of TSA lines I am looking forward to the joys of people watching that airports provide since I found that this is a great place to watch the emotions of others unfold before my eyes like a Criss Angel act.
You have those lost souls seeking the mystical directions to the right gate...
You have those who are having a meltdown because the airline will not return the plane from the runway in order for them to board...
But the best is watching the raw emotion of a returning loved one...
