It has been over 3 months now that there has been lockdown in Nigeria. There has not been movement between states in the country all to curtail the deadly virus(covid-19). Despite every measure that has been put in place by the Federal government and State government to minimize the rate at which this virus spreads, people still get infected even though not as much as some countries. There has been lockdown of churches, mosques, businesses, and social gatherings. All aimed at reducing the rate at which it spreads. But, the Federal government sees the need to ease the lockdown on some important businesses such as foodstuff and other things which humans need for smooth running of day-to-day activities. On Sunday, 7th of June 2020, the Federal Government also ease the lockdown on religious gathering and give her permission to all religious gatherings to hold its service but under strict adherence to instruction. Maintaining social distancing, use of nose mask and provision of hand sanitizer is part of the requirements that must be met by each of the religious centers(churches and mosques).

On this note, I will use this medium to say HAPPY SUNDAY TO ALL HIVERS. May we witness more of it on earth(Amen). Let us all do well to pray for ourself, family, wellwishers, country and the world at large. The world needs prayers especially this pandemic period. May God heal our land.
