When the market is down its a great time to buy even more.But its really difficult when asset like BTC has dropped to 70% of its value in an year and its very difficult to put more money in.
Than being said you just have to remember that when the price is down your getting a better deal for your money.Buying BTC when market is getting like a discount on an asset especially when lot of people are panic selling just because the price is dropping.
Many experts have been suggesting that we have to look at long term benefits of investing on crypto instead looking for short term gain.
